DIY Book Sling via Penny Carnival
great tutorial! check it out….
This would be PERFECT for my daughter’s room! She has a new loft bed but not a lot of space to keep books nearby when she’s lounging in her new space. We were going to put a shelf up, but she’d likely whack her head on that - but this…this is just right!
If you’ve ever wanted to catch a snitch, sample a butterbeer, take a course in Transfiguration or even fight the Dark Arts, you can. You won’t even need a wand — just a little imagination.
Balcony Garden in an upcycled wooden pallet
Now I know what to do with all those old pallets! I bet they’d be great for cukes to grow up too!

Photo Frame For Several Photos | Shelterness
I love both the simplicity and rustic nature of this project. Thanks to clothespins in a range of sizes this could work on a super small level too.
This is a reminder to myself to use those old frames in the garage for stuff like this.
Branch bookshelf by French designer Olivier Dollé - made from oak veneer on a hollow plywood structure.
This is one of those designs that makes my heart happy. I think it is totally DIYable especially if you are a math whiz.
Want. Badly.
For all you bacon lovers….myself included
Bacon Potatoes via Cafe Chocolada
These would be great to make for breakfast!
DIY Wine Bottle Lights via Flor’s Blog on Design
Great ideas on this blog!
Since I’m not very good at cutting bottles to use for drinking glasses, this would be an AWESOME alternative. We have the perfect trees to hang these from. I think I found my next project!
Turn an old beverage crate into a vertical (or tabletop) garden. For how-to details/tutorial, visit Modish.
I have seen bottle crates used for many different things organization wise, but this is just neat-o!
I think we have an old crate like this… hmmm. I love it!
DIY Wall Art (out of TP rolls) by Imperfectly Perfect
Excellent use! I may try this in our master bedroom or hallway….
I like this! I wonder how long it will take me to save all those tp rolls?
Building A Birch Log Table | Seeing Design
I love this, and I bet I could convince the hubster it is a good idea. Things to note: Birch is HARDwood. I cannot stress how important it is to PRE drill everything! When all else fails, Gorilla glue as well. Now, I wonder where I would find some Birch trees (not already in firewood cords!)
How stinkin’ cool is this!
